Give us whatever you have
Your invitation or save‑the‑date, your engagement photos, your colors, inspiration you've saved, links to sites you love. Send it all. That's where your site's whole look comes from.
The family invitation shop, reborn for the AI age
Send us your invitation, your engagement photos, your colors, the sites you've loved. We turn it all into a luxury wedding website with real RSVP tracking, designed to feel like the two of you. Not a template with your names typed in.
$249 flat, your own domain and a year of hosting included. No ads, no subscription. The first 20 founding couples lock in $99.
Your look, carried all the way through.
How it works
Your invitation or save‑the‑date, your engagement photos, your colors, inspiration you've saved, links to sites you love. Send it all. That's where your site's whole look comes from.
Michelle, our wedding agent, walks you through it. Your story, your schedule, your registry, travel notes for out‑of‑town guests. Ten to fifteen minutes over coffee, and it's fine if you don't have every answer yet.
We design the full site from everything you shared. Your colors, your type, your feel. Your preview arrives within 48 hours, with two rounds of revisions included, so it's right.
Every site includes your own custom domain, a full year of hosting and not a single ad. No BS, no upsells, no subscription.
What's included
Colors, typography and detail pulled from your stationery, your photos and every scrap of inspiration you send us. No templates, no themes, nothing off a shelf.
Guests look up their name and RSVP per person and per event, with meal choices and dietary notes.
Watch responses arrive, see meal counts at a glance and export a spreadsheet for your caterer or planner any time.
Schedule, travel and stay, registry, gallery, your story and a guest FAQ. Written and arranged for you.
Your engagement session becomes the heart of the design, not a banner slapped above a form.
Tell us what's off and we make it right. Twice. Included in the price.
Since 1983
It began in 1983 at our kitchen table, where Mom hand‑lettered birth announcements and called the business Calligraphy Corner. I was seven, and my job was coloring in the baby blocks, the teddy bears and the ducks' feet. Within a few years the orders outgrew the house and it became a store in downtown Walnut Creek.
Dad grew that store from birth announcements into weddings, building a network of reps and vendor partners across the western U.S. For two decades couples sat at our table, paged through albums and picked the invitation that felt like them. In 2006 Calligraphy Corner became Inviting Ways. My parents ran the store until 2010, and I kept it going on my own for a few years after.
The tools have changed. The job hasn't. A wedding still begins with an invitation, and the invitation still sets the tone for everything that follows. These days that includes the website your guests will visit a dozen times before the big day.
So Inviting Ways is back. We take the stationery you already love and carry its design through to your wedding website. Same promise my parents made at that table: it should feel like you.

“The colors are perfect, the layout is casual yet elegant. They look beautiful.”
“Your expert advice and most generous assistance will always be remembered.”

Fair questions
Because free isn't free. Free builders make you the product: ads on your wedding website, upsells around every corner and the same handful of templates every guest has seen five times. We design from your stationery, your site carries no ads and one price covers the design, your own domain and a year of hosting. Founding couples pay less than most guest books. That's the trade.
As much or as little as you have. Your invitation or save‑the‑date, your engagement photos, your colors, images you've saved, links to sites you love. Plus ten to fifteen minutes for a guided Q&A about your day.
Please do. A custom monogram, a crest, art from your invitation suite, a watercolor of your venue, anything you love. If an artist or designer made it for you, we just need their OK to use it, and we'll hand you a simple permission form that makes that easy.
Your preview arrives within 48 hours of sending us your things, often sooner. You look it over, we polish it through two included revision rounds and nothing goes live until you've approved it.
Yes. A save‑the‑date gives us plenty to work with. If all you have is your colors and your photos, we'll start there. And whatever you don't have yet, like your schedule or RSVP details, can be added free once the site is live.
Your guests open your site, type their name and see their whole party. Each person answers for each event, picks a meal and can note allergies. You see everything live on a private dashboard and can export it as a spreadsheet for your caterer or planner. Need to collect something unusual, like shuttle seats, song requests or a brunch headcount? Tell Michelle in the Q&A and your RSVP form will ask for it.
Only the people you invite. Your site isn't listed anywhere and we tell search engines to skip it, so guests find it through you, not through Google. Each guest sees only the events they're invited to, and your guest list, RSVPs and notes live on a private dashboard only you can open. We never sell or share any of it. Not your names, not your photos, not your registry, not your wedding day.
They will. That's weddings. Content updates are free until your wedding day: changed times, new hotel blocks, registry additions, fresh photos, RSVP questions you didn't have yet. Send them over and we'll fold them in within our usual 48‑hour turnaround. The only paid extra is a full design re‑do after you've approved your site, a flat $49.
No. The price includes your own domain and a full year of hosting. Most couples pick a .com, but if your heart is set on a different ending we can register almost any domain there is. If a premium name costs more than a typical .com, we'll show you the difference upfront and you decide. After the year, keep the site live for $29 a year or let it rest. Either way the domain is yours, and we'll transfer it to you free.
Nothing. No payment, no card. It saves you one of the 20 founding spots and locks the $99 price if you decide to go ahead.
Every couple gets a human project manager. AI does the heavy lifting, and it's the reason a fully custom site can cost $249 instead of thousands. But a person runs your project from your first email to your final approval. A person reviews every page before you see it. And when you write to us, a person writes back, every time. No chatbot maze, no ticket number. Michelle, who guides your Q&A, is our AI wedding agent, named for our founder, who answered couples' questions at the store for 27 years. That's the standard she has to live up to.
